Mon-Fri 9:00 am- 6:00 pm and
at least one to two
Saturdays per month 7:30 am-12:00 pm. Additional Saturdays available
upon request.
SUMMARY
Serves as primary client contact for deposit transaction as a CSR.
The primary goal of a CSR is to provide friendly, professional, and
accurate service to our clients. She/He should acquire and maintain
sufficient knowledge of the other divisions in order to facilitate cross
sell referrals. CSRs should exhibit an attitude of teamwork and strive
to maintain a positive workplace. As the direct link to the bulk of the
customer base, CSRs should direct any and all genuine complaints or
comments to their supervisor.
