TITLE/POSITION:   FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location :     1825 West University, Durant, OK 74701

Schedule:     Mon-Fri 9:00 am- 6:00 pm and at least one to two Saturdays per month 7:30 am-12:00 pm. Additional Saturdays available upon request.

SUMMARY
Serves as primary client contact for deposit transaction as a CSR.  The primary goal of a CSR is to provide friendly, professional, and accurate service to our clients. She/He should acquire and maintain sufficient knowledge of the other divisions in order to facilitate cross sell referrals. CSRs should exhibit an attitude of teamwork and strive to maintain a positive workplace. As the direct link to the bulk of the customer base, CSRs should direct any and all genuine complaints or comments to their supervisor.

Requirements
A.
 
High School Diploma or equivalent
B.
 
At least Six Months of Cash Handling Experience

Location :               2626 Loy Lake Road,  Sherman, TX 75091

Schedule:   Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 1:00 pm and at least one to two Saturdays per month 7:30 am-12:00 pm. Additional Saturdays available upon request.
